Flights
- Joburg to Cape Town – Thursday, 03 November at 10:00
- Cape Town to Joburg – Monday, 07 November 19:30
- If you will not be flying from Joburg, or using Lift Airline your booking will be discounted by R2000. The discount will be allocated to your last payment.
Room Allocation
- There are only 3 rooms available for single occupancy, the Basic Room and the two rooms in the Garden Cottage.
- Garden Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests, has 2 rooms which will share a bathroom.
- The Basic Room is slightly smaller, but can sleep 2 guests.
- If you book as single occupancy and later on invite a guest ,your room mate will pay R12500 for the tour excluding flights. Flights will be quoted separately,
Terms and Conditions:
- Payments are as follows:
Deposit – R2750
31 August – R4250
30 September – R4250
31 October – R4250 - Deposit of R2750 is non-refundable, unless tour is cancelled due to not meeting minimum bookings.
- Late payments may result in your booking being transferred.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 September 2022. Only a portion of amounts paid will be refunded.
- Full payment must be received by 31 October 2022.
- Fieldbar Cooler will be delivered to you when you have paid for the tour in full.
Please note:
A minimum of 12 guests are required for this tour to take place. If this minimum is not reached by 5 August and tour may be cancelled or prices will be revised. You will have the option to get your full refund.
