Guesthouse Exclusive (30pax):

Book at Pleasant Places guesthouse exclusively for two days and get

• Luxury option for up to 30 guests
• Bed & Breakfast for two nights for 14 guests, sharing 7 rooms
• Catering for minimum 30 guests, menu options to be discussed with external caterer (from R350 per person ex VAT), price may vary based on preference)

DIY Bubbly Occasion (up to 50 guests)

Book The Cottage for the weekend and have the option to co-ordinate your own event at any space at our guest farm. Use our preferred service providers or use your own.

• Quoted price includes Bed & Breakfast for 4 adults sharing two bedrooms for two nights plus service charge
• The Cottage accommodates 4 adults, bed & breakfast.
• Set-up can start from 07:00 on day of the event
• Event must finish at 18:00
• Breakdown must be complete by 12:00 on the next day
• Other T&Cs apply

Please note:

• There is no venue hire host a Bubbly Occasions at Pleasant Places, however you are required to book at least one night stay which can either be the day before or day of your event.
• To book your event date, accommodation must be made directly on Pleasant Places by Sanaandi website.
• The complimentary stay is dependent on room availability. If rooms are not available, you will receive a gift voucher for alternative dates.
• Set-up & breakdown is included.
• R2500 refundable deposit may be charged
• Additional hours for photographer charged at R850 per hour
• Additional hours for Sound & DJ charged at R1000 per hour (limited to 00:00)
• To qualify for Fieldbar, full payment must be received at one month before the event
• You will receive the Fieldbar at the event. If Fieldbars are not in stock, we will send via courier once stock is available.

Lay-Up Option

• You can pay for this item through our lay-by option. We will deliver once you have paid it off.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the desired items at the advertised price and to activate your payment plan, without having to pay in full. The deposit payment is included within the total price of your desired item.
• You also have the option to split payments with your family and friends.
• There is a 10% charge (on payments received) if you don’t complete your payment plan. The difference will be refunded to you within 5 days after you cancel.

Please note:

1. 1. 50% deposit is required to secure date. Date must be secured at least 10 working days before the event.
   2. 50% balance due 10 working days before the event.
   3. You can add guests to your Bubbly Occasions by adding tables of 10 for up 100 guests. 
   4. Additional set-up & breakdown charges may apply for guests above 30.
   5. Set up will be done and ready 1 hour before the event and breakdown will be done from 18:00
   6. Additional charges may apply if event continues after 18:00
